Cemtering Exercise*

 Take a moment to be here.

Let your eyes gently close.

Take a deep relaxing breath.

And breathe in calm energy.

Breathe out tension, fatigue, worry.

With each breath become more truly here and more

 truly present.

Any thoughts or feelings that flow through your mind

Just notice and let go.

Any issues that need further thought,

Choose to put away for now and come back to later.

Let your body, mind, and spirit be peaceful and in harmony.
